Donald C. Peterson, CEO
Donald has been gaining extensive knowledge in the engineering industry throughout his professional career. With a professional license to serve in more than 15 different states, he strives to reach realistic engineering solutions through investigations, explorations, and analyses of problems.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the field of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering consultancy. Donald also has a broad knowledge in the following disciplines:

Krzysztof “Chris” Wynimko, Senior Mechanical Engineer
Chris has been with our company for more than 10 years and is the head of the mechanical department. He has gone to multiple seminars about different mechanical systems so that he can provide better system designs for every project.
His main role is designing correct mechanical systems for commercial buildings, residential developments, and more. These include creating layouts for equipment, ductwork, diffuser, dehumidification, ventilation, and other structures.
During the design process, Chris makes sure that permits and other legal documents for mechanical needs are procured to meet proper state and local codes. He also answers mechanical requests for information and shop drawings throughout the construction administration phase of each project.
He previously studied at the Warsaw University of Technology and Technical College of Mechanical in Poland. After more than 20 years of experience in the field of engineering, he is currently getting an education to become a professional engineer.
David J. Kennedy, Architectural Engineer
David has been with Peterson Engineering Group LLC for more than five years, and he is currently the head of the plumbing and fire protection department. His main role is to create designs for our projects to have superior plumbing equipment, sprinkler systems, and more.
During the design process, he ensures that the required legal documents for plumbing and fire protection concerns are obtained to comply with the state and local codes. David handles all the requests for information and shop drawings regarding his department throughout the construction administration phase of each project.
He studied architectural engineering and received a Bachelor of Science degree for it in 2011. To further his studies, he also attended school in Boston.
Paulina Rychcik , HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineer
Paulina has come to the company from Poland under internship. She had studied mechanical plumbing engineering in Warsaw, Poland. She is interested in learning more about the plumbing systems & mechanical HVAC systems. She has come to Peterson Engineering Group in order to further her knowledge.
Since Paulina has come to PEG she has become our go to person for energy incentive programs. She was newly taught this when she came to PEG but has picked it up quickly. On top of helping draft plumbing & working on the incentive program she has helped the mechanical department as well as the electrical department. She has become a major asset to PEG.
Paulina Wlodeck, Mechanical HVAC Engineer
Paulina has come to the company from Poland under internship. She had studied mechanical engineering in Warsaw, Poland. She is interested in learning more about mechanical HVAC designs & mechanical plumbing. She has come to Peterson Engineering Group in order to further her knowledge.
She has quickly picked up on new information that has been taught. On top of helping the mechanical department, she has helped the plumbing department & electrical department. She has also learned about the incentive program. She has become a major asset to PEG.
Catherine O'Melia, Administration
Catherine has been with our engineering firm for more than eight years. Her role in the company is doing administration tasks and is the main person in the team who answers phone calls, sends out responses, and more.
She sets up the projects and updates them when we receive new files from the architect. Catherine also handles our bookkeeping information and helps each department with drafting.
